Cult of Little Ganesh

The pot-bellied deity indeed does ring in a string of memories and images. Be it the animated Bal Ganesh, the deity printed on to tee shirts in funky colors, or the spirited Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations across India, Ganesh is indeed a cultural favorite spanning ages. From being featured in the Indonesian currency note, to Japan where they worship a twin Ganesh, and countries like China, Sri Lanka and Vietnam, Little Ganesh has become nothing short of a pan-Asian Cult.
